How to use a massage bar soap:

 Gently massage bar onto skin in circular motions, applying light to medium pressure. You can focus on areas that need extra attention, such as sore muscles or dry patches.

 After use, store the massage bar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prolong its shelf life.
